"Hi Russ, Just to let you know your parcel arrived on the date stipulated. Your 'mail service' is excellent. As for the contents of the parcel (two Urns) they arrived in excellent condition. Myself and my wife are extremely pleased with the workmanship that went into the making of these Urns. We will most highly recommend your work to others. Thanks again."
~ Sgt. J.S. (Jim) Cummins (Ret.) #18646 Ottawa, Ont.
"Thank you Russ for very kindly and delicately handling what is such a difficult subject. The workmanship of the double urn is exemplary and my mother and father are very pleased with it and thankful for having this in place.
Your promptness in getting this to us was very appreciated and the shipping packaging was amazing. I would highly recommend any RCMP members to look into this option - it is an enduring testament to a very worthy profession and life.
Warm regards,"
~Elizabeth Lensen
"Hi Russ: Our parcel arrived yesterday with the urns intact. Beautiful work & great service.
The custom work you accomplished with the 2 stacking urns is a piece of art for sure, and the dark oak is beautiful. I will
highly recommend your work - thanks again!"
~Claude L. "Rusty" Restoule, Reg. #15821 Calgary, Alta
"I recently received trunk # MP024 as a Christmas gift from my wife and I was blown away. The trunk is beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship. The Force crest on the front is particularly striking and my wife thoughtfully had my name, regimental number and troop number added to the plate on top of the lid.
Please keep up the good work and thank you for the opportunity to purchase this fine piece of RCMP memorabilia."
~Cst. D.A. (Dave) CLARK, Reg. # 50442

"Hello Russ, My family and I were moved to tears when we saw the beautiful urn that
you made for Terry's (& my) cremains. It is not only a dignified resting place, but a wonderful work of art.
Thank you so much for stepping up, adjusting your plans and re-doing when we were informed of the
measurement changes last minute. Your professionalism and compassion were greatly appreciated. It was a
pleasure to deal with you.Terry would also be very happy and pleased."
Best regards, ~Esther Farr, wife of Terrence A. Farr, A/Commr. (rtd) Reg.# 15244/O.604
"First and foremost, I want to thank you for creating this piece of art, it’s absolutely amazing. There are too many words to try and describe it. My attempt to do so would not do it's beauty and unique character justice. That being said, my amazing and lovely wife came up with a wonderful and very thoughtful gift idea for our first Wedding Anniversary… …we are both proud members of the RCMP and are very passionate about the Force... …I just want to tell you that I was speechless and overwhelmed. The trunk is exquisite. It is a beautiful piece of workmanship and an honorable tribute to the history of the Force… … my wife asked to have the trunk stained in a darker cherry color for me… …Let me tell you, the finished product in this stain did not disappoint! I could not be happier with it! This stain not only matches the color of my High Browns and Sam Brown, but it also makes the RCMP Crest, the brass latches and corner protectors really stand out. To me, this Regimental Trunk is more than just a simple chest or piece of furniture. This is a treasure that I will not only protect, but something I will share with my family for years to come. I am proud to have this trunk displayed in our home and share it with my colleagues and friends. Once again, thank you so much for your flawless craftsmanship and all your hard work in creating this keepsake!
~Cst. Pierre ST-CYR Reg. # 53617, Manitoba
Well, I guess Pierre said everything… …The result really is fabulous and both of us could not be more pleased. I still can't wait to order my own Regimental Trunk!!
Thanks a million!
~Cst. Erin ST-CYR Reg. # 54264, Manitoba

"I have several urns here in wood that are not near as nice as yours and they are
priced at $300-$600 but lack the handmade feel of yours which I really respect."

"Hi Russ, just received the Urn for Patrick Dunleavy. Thank you on behalf of the

The construction is beautiful and precise, and the Shabrack really compliments it, and
is a true tribute."

"My Trunk arrived by truck yesterday morning...I am VEEEEEEEEEERY pleased with my Trunk.
It is probably the nicest piece of furniture I have. To say your workmanship is Superior would be an
understatement. The Trunk is in a prominent place in my home for all to see. I will definitely be
showing it off to other Members.
Also, my youngest son is looking at joining the Force in the next year or
so...You can be sure I will keep you in mind for a Graduation gift when my son's plans for Depot are realized."

"She just opened the box with the trunk... It is unbelievable. She was just in awe. You've done a remarkable job,
but I think you need to charge more. Talk about getting value for your money...
Thank you so much, it was the best present I could ever have given her. It will be a perfect place to keep all
Dad's stuff. (I'm thinking about getting one for me!)"

"I can't thank you enough for the way you handled this. You can be assured of my highest recommendation to friends
who are looking for an urn, not just for the excellent workmanship but also for the speed at correcting any deficiencies
with the most generous terms.
Thanks again and hope to meet you. I am still writing my memoirs. I won't forget you."
~Ex-Deputy Commissioner Paul Drapeau
"I received my trunk from the shipper and immediately opened it. It was packaged to perfection and not a scratch on it.
I am truly very happy with it, the workmanship and finish is outstanding. The little touches I wasn't expecting, such as the
RCMP on the leather handles as well as the brass MP serial number make this trunk unique.
Originally this trunk was going to be placed in a closet just to store my old uniform, boots, photographs and memorabilia from
my service. I changed my mind on the location. In my living room I have a limited edition Arnold Frieberg print of an old retired
Sergeant with his red serge on, opening up his trunk to show two young boys some of his old stuff. The trunk will be right under this
print and perhaps some day I too will be opening up the trunk to show my old memories."
~# 29874 S/Sgt. B.W. Luloff O.O.M. (ret), Thunder Bay, Ontario
"I finally was able to unpack the urn today. It is BEAUTIFUL!! Your handwork is wonderful. It looks so nice with the crest and the plaque. It's just perfect. It's actually too nice to be used for the purpose it is meant for! Thank you, again. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in need of your help. Thank you, again, for such a speedy, and wonderful, job!!"
~Gayle Frame, wife of S/Sgt. George P. Frame Reg. #19067
"Good day Russ. The trunk arrived as per arrangements that I made with the transport company out of North Battleford. The packaging of the trunk was excellent and it was totally intact.
The trunk itself is truly a work of art and will be displayed in our home with pride.
Dealing through you has been a pleasure and I would highly recommend both yourself and your craftsmanship to any serving or retired member who would appreciate a memorable keepsake of the Force. A job well done!"
~Respectfully, Reg. #29387 (ret) S/Sgt. J.D. "Jim" Hurd, Meadow Lake, Sask.
"The trunk arrived Friday and I unwrapped it yesterday. It is every bit as nice as the photos on your website. I have it proudly displayed at the foot of our bed and undoubtedly it will become a family heirloom.
Finally I am off the hook. My wife has never forgiven me for selling the old blue trunk however this one more than makes up for the loss.
Great workmanship !!!
Best regards, Lou"
